Construction works of the Serra Noet Institute Section building in Berga on Pla del Alemany have begun. Massive thanks to Fabregat & Fabregat Architects for counting on us in this characteristic project, which stands out because of its wooden construction. The building’s structural system is based on cross laminated timber (CLT) slabs and walls, which will reduce the execution time of the works, improve energy efficiency of the joint and will have less impact on the foundations because the center will weigh less.
