Description
“Can Tintorer” residence is a building inserted in a urban extension north of Gava.
The building is composed of two volumes: an upper 2 floor volume with phenolic wood finishing, where the public areas such as meeting halls, cafeteria, library and playing halls are located. The second volume is smaller, has only one floor and has aluminium panel finishing. The multi-purpose area is located there.
In order to present a compact appearance, the windows are grouped with a steel structure, creating large vertical or horizontal openings which give a dynamic image as well as conserving the building formal appearance.
