Description
This project involves the structural design of a new housing building housing located in Badalona.
The building occupies a plot of approximately 128m x 55m. The underground floors occupy the entire field. In the upper floors the complex is divided into two longitudinal blocks called Canal Building and Ponente Building, of 5 and 3 floors respectively, and three transversal tower-buildings (Buildings A, B and C) of 13, 10 and 10 floors.
The two underground levels are for parking and the two first floors for commercial purposes. The remaining plants are for housing.
Given the size of the building is was necessary to include several expansion joints.
