A hotel complex offering different services dedicated to leisure and hospitality activities: swimming pools restaurants, sports or relaxation areas designed around processes using water. The buildings are distributed in a U-shape, maximizing the sea views and protecting the different spaces from the island’s strong predominant winds.
Structurally, the building is divided in two blocs separated by structural joints. The floor slabs are mainly built with reticular floor slabs of different thickness depending on the spans between pillars that are placed on the regular reticule.
The foundation of the complex is built with reinforced concrete spread footings in various levels, adapting itself to the topography of the area.
